The pool and breakfast options were solid. Fresh fruit and coffee were available. They had individual breakfast wraps in a rush, awesome for us!
Our mini-fridge made a high-pitched noise at night, which woke us up. It was annoying since we needed it to keep some snacks cool. We unplugged it to sleep better.

bed was too bouncy. too much chlorine in the swimming pool area or not enough ventilation, it hurt the eyes just by walking in. Pets are allowed so we had a few on our floor that barked very early in the morning, quite annoying.

Well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. The super clean breakfast area featured delicious homemade sweets, a good surprise. The water in the pool could be warmer, and the breakfast items could have been stocked better during peak times. A solid experience with comfortable beds and ample parking.

The staff has always been super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and the facilities were NICE. The room was spotless here with free WiFi, sofa bed and refrigerator.

the whole experience was nice. the breakfast was free with lots of delicacies. in general the service was great. we used free shuttle too. location: the hotel was near to restaurants, shopping and hiking, that state parks and many restaurants in the area and the historic downtown area of ottawa. you can find cracker barrel very close to the venue to a have lunch.
